At City Gate, we draw inspiration from the biblical city gate—a place of gathering, justice, commerce, protection, and community life. In ancient times, the city gate was where leaders gave counsel, communities connected, and people found refuge and purpose. We seek to embody that same spirit today: a welcoming space where all are invited to find hope, healing, and belonging; where truth and compassion guide our actions; and where people are equipped and empowered to go out and impact the world around them.
